A MANDALA by JAIMIE CAHLIL

‘Mandala’ in Sanskrit apparently means ‘dot within a circle’. The mandala picture is an ancient design for meditative contemplation. I recognise the mandala as a universal pattern found within all which IS. (Examples: the nucleus of a cell, the iris within the pupil of the eye, the centre of an orange, the core of a tree, the sun within our solar system…) You may negotiate with Jaimie to create for you a unique personal mandala – in close consultation with you; alternatively, a mandala for someone else – or even a group/organisation… The fee for this work will be defined by size, materials and detail, together with the time involved in the process. You may choose between paper, plywood or canvas. A variety of materials are available. The resulting picture will be a work of art in its own right.
